Our Commitment At HypeDrop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to make it right.

Refund Eligibility You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order never arrived

How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact us at hypethedrop@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

No Return Required We do not require you to ship items back to us. If your refund is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return shipping needed.

Refund Processing Time Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the order has shipped
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control
